2. Effect and Changes to the Terms
- These Terms take effect when posted in the app or on the web page, or when otherwise notified to members.
- The Service may change these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
- For material changes, the Service will provide the effective date, details, and reason through in-service notices or another appropriate method.
- If a member does not agree to changed Terms, the member may stop using the Service and withdraw from the Service.
- Changes that require separate consent under applicable laws will follow the required procedure.
3. Registration and Account Management
- Registration is completed when the user enters required information and completes the procedure set by the Service. Email verification, Google login, Apple login, or other supported login methods may apply.
- Members must provide accurate information and must not use false information or another person's information.
- Members are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords. Accounts may not be transferred, lent, shared, or provided as collateral.
- If account theft or abnormal use is suspected, the Service may take protective measures, request a password change, revoke tokens, or temporarily restrict use.
- The Service may restrict registration or reward grants, or require additional confirmation, to prevent repeated registration, abuse using the same device or IP, or abuse of invite rewards.
- The Service is not primarily intended for children under 14 years of age and may restrict use or require confirmation of legal guardian consent when necessary.
4. Service Features
The Service provides the following features. Features may be changed, added, or discontinued depending on operations and updates.
- World entry, character movement, speech bubbles, chat, and interactions with friends or other members
- Pets, plants, gathering, fishing, cooking, research, buildings, yards, furniture, interiors, safes, furniture albums/frames, and guestbooks

- Error reports, suggestions, reports, operations tools, server incident detection, data patches, version checks, and other service stability features
5. Use and Changes of the Service
- The Service is generally provided 24 hours a day, year-round, but may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, incidents, updates, server migration, payment server incidents, cloud or store incidents, or similar reasons.
- The Service may change features, UI, data, item effects, rewards, probabilities, and restrictions for security, stability, balance, operations policy, legal compliance, or user experience improvement.
- Access may be restricted when an app update or data patch is required.
- The Service may operate separate target servers such as test, review, and production servers, and data may differ by server.
- For urgent reasons such as incidents, errors, security issues, or investigations of abnormal use, the Service may restrict certain features or perform maintenance without prior notice.
6. Game Data and Virtual Currency
- Game data, items, currency, crystals, rewards, rankings, titles, pets, buildings, and furniture are virtual data for use within the Service and do not guarantee cash value or refundability.
- Paid crystals and free crystals may be displayed together on user screens, but may be managed separately for operations, statistics, payment, and refund handling.
- Some items, including crystals, may have restrictions on trade, sale, discard, storage, transfer, or other use.
- Invite codes and settlement rewards are benefits for helping users settle into the Service, and may be restricted or blocked according to grant conditions, daily/monthly limits, same device/IP/account restrictions, and anti-abuse standards.
- Members must not sell, transfer, exchange, rent, or cash out game data or accounts outside the Service.
- The Service may adjust quantities, effects, conditions, or availability of game data for bug fixes, abuse prevention, balance changes, data restoration, or operational needs.
- Items or rewards obtained through system errors, abnormal requests, abuse, or refund abuse may be recovered, corrected, or subject to use restrictions.
- Rankings, game results, and mini-game rewards are calculated based on server records, and network errors, mid-game departures, invalid games, and similar cases may be excluded according to operations policy.
7. Paid Products and In-App Purchases
- Paid products are purchased through Google Play on Android and Apple App Store on iOS.
- Product names, product IDs, prices, and granted quantities are displayed according to the app screen, store product information, and game data settings. Actual payment amounts may vary depending on country, tax, exchange rates, fees, and promotion policies of each store.
- After payment is completed, the Service verifies purchase information on the payment server, and when verification succeeds, delivers the paid product by attaching it to system mail. Even if the app displays payment success, the product can be used only after server verification and mail delivery are completed.
- If payment was completed but product mail has not arrived or the receipt state is incorrect, the Operator may check payment records, verification results, mail grant records, and receipt records, and may re-grant the product, explain refund eligibility, or take other necessary measures.
- Duplicate verification may occur due to store payment incidents, network errors, or repeated requests, and the Service prevents duplicate grants based on payment identifiers.
- Subscription products such as Attendance Pass may be automatically renewed, canceled, placed in grace periods, or restored according to each store's policies, and the in-app status is reflected after synchronization with store and payment-server verification results.
- Extra rewards for subscription products are provided according to the active subscription period and the attendance/claim conditions defined by the Service, and rewards for days without attendance may not be granted regardless of subscription status.
- When making store refunds, payment cancellations, payment disputes, or missing-item inquiries, members may need to provide information required for confirmation, such as payment date, platform, product, and order or transaction identifier.
- Payments by minors, stolen payments, and abnormal payments are handled according to applicable laws, store policies, and operations policy.
Refund processing may be restricted after paid product mail is received. However, this does not exclude withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights guaranteed by applicable laws or store policies.
8. Withdrawal of Purchase, Refunds, and Payment Inquiries
- Withdrawal of purchase and refunds for paid products are handled according to applicable laws, Google Play or Apple App Store policies, these Terms, and operations policy.
- If paid product mail has not yet been received after purchase, the Operator may support an administrator refund process after checking payment records and mail status.
- If paid product mail has been received or granted items have been used, consumed, traded, or used to satisfy reward conditions, product provision may be considered complete and refund processing may be restricted. If a refund is required by law or approved by the store, item recovery, account data correction, or separate review may be performed as necessary.
- If a store refund is approved after in-service items were already granted or used, the Service may recover those items or equivalent game data, or restrict account use.
- For payment errors, missing grants, duplicate payments, refund requests, and similar inquiries, the Service may store and review payment records, store verification results, mail grant/receipt records, and administrator processing records.
- Refund eligibility may vary under laws and store policies for reasons such as simple change of mind, device change, account sharing, store account errors, or network environment issues.
- Fraudulent payment, refund abuse, manipulation of payment verification, or intentional data manipulation after payment may result in use restrictions or legal action.
9. NPC Trade Refunds and In-Game Trades
- In-game trades with NPCs, such as purchases, sales, and exchanges, may be refunded within 7 days from the time of transaction. Trades designated as non-refundable under operations policy, such as certain Wandering Jane trades, are excluded.
- Refundable trades are displayed only while refund conditions are maintained, and expired trades are not displayed.
- When a refund is processed, items, currency, and state changes received by the member are recovered, and items or currency used in the original trade are returned. Refunds may be restricted if recovery is impossible because the received items were already used, consumed, traded, sold, stored, or deleted.
- NPC trade refund records are stored internally for the refundable period and operational review, and are generally deleted after 30 days.
- Member-to-member trades, personal store trades, and receipt of mail attachments follow the conditions and restrictions of each feature, and the Operator may correct data if errors or abnormal use are confirmed.
10. Member Content and Rights
- Rights and responsibilities for content created or uploaded by a member belong to that member.
- Members must ensure that their content does not infringe copyrights, portrait rights, reputation, personal information, trade secrets, or other rights of others.
- Members permit the Service to use content within the scope necessary to provide, display, store, back up, create thumbnails for, notify about, process reports about, and review the content for operations.
- World chat, guestbooks, furniture album/frame images, comments, likes, and similar content may be visible to other members. Members should avoid including personal or sensitive information.
- Even content deleted by a member may be retained for a certain period when necessary for backups, reports, dispute response, or legal compliance.
- Content that does not fit the Service purpose, infringes rights, causes discomfort, advertises, spams, or may violate laws may be deleted, hidden, or restricted without prior notice.
11. Voice Features
- Some mini-games may support voice conversation between members. Voice features are used only when members turn them on.
- The Service server does not record or store voice conversation content, and processes only voice status and WebRTC connection signaling required for connection.
- Members must not infringe others' rights, privacy, or reputation, or engage in profanity, hate, harassment, advertising, or illegal acts through voice conversation.
- If a report related to voice features is submitted, the Service may take operational measures based on available information such as stored server records, participants, time, and report content. Fact confirmation may be limited because recordings are not stored.
12. Prohibited Acts
Members must not engage in the following acts.
- Stealing or impersonating another person's account, nickname, profile, or authority
- Entering false information or attempting to bypass authentication or manipulate social login or payment verification
- Posting content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, violent, threatening, exposes personal information, or damages another person's reputation
- Disrupting other members' use through profanity, harassment, spam, advertising, repeated reports, or malicious feedback
- Using bugs, vulnerabilities, abnormal requests, automation tools, modified apps, packet manipulation, or similar methods to gain benefit or burden servers
- Externally trading or cashing out paid products, items, currency, accounts, rankings, or rewards
- Abusing refund systems after payment to obtain items unfairly or attempting to manipulate payment/refund records
- Accessing, analyzing, modifying, copying, or distributing operations tools, administrator APIs, servers, payment servers, data files, patch files, or communications without authorization
- Using automation tools, crawlers, scrapers, bots, or similar means without the Operator's prior written consent to collect, crawl, scrape, copy, store, analyze, redistribute, or instruct a third party to handle Service pages, API responses, game data, posts, photos, chat, statistics, payment-related display information, or other Service data. The Service may impose use restrictions, access blocks, damages claims, or other legal responsibility for such acts.
- Violating laws, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or Operator notices
13. Use Restrictions and Operational Measures
- If a violation of these Terms, abnormal use, security threat, payment abuse, dispute, report, or interference with operations is confirmed or reasonably suspected, the Service may issue warnings, delete content, restrict chat, restrict world access, restrict login, force exit, recover rewards, suspend accounts, or take other measures.
- The period and scope of measures are determined by considering the details, repetition, damage scale, intent, and recoverability of the violation.
- If content is deleted or a warning is needed as an operational measure, the Service may send necessary guidance, including the target and reason, through in-app notices or system mail.
- If an incident or data error is confirmed, the Service may review server records and correct game data, mail, items, and payment grant status within the necessary scope.
- Members may submit an explanation through the contact channel if they object to use restrictions or data corrections.
14. Notifications, System Mail, and Operational Messages
- The Service may send in-app notifications or push notifications related to chat, mail, worlds, fatigue, pets, plants, buildings, rankings, events, paid product arrival, incidents, and notices.
- Members may adjust notification settings in the app. However, notices essential for service operation may be shown in the app.
- System mail or rewards may be sent according to operations policy, events, rankings, incident compensation, return rewards, paid product delivery, or similar reasons, and receipt periods or deletion policies may apply.
- Unclaimed paid product mail may be retained while the account is active, and refund restriction guidance is displayed when it is claimed. Upon withdrawal, the mail is deleted with account data, while payment and delivery evidence is stored separately for the period required by applicable law.
- When a member deletes mail, it may be hidden from the screen immediately, while actual data may be deleted after a certain period according to cleanup policy.
15. Error Reports, Customer Support, and Operations Tools
- Members may submit problem situations or improvement suggestions through the in-service error report, suggestion, or inquiry features.
- Reports or inquiries may include technical information required to understand the issue, such as app version, server information, screen state, and payment identifiers.
- Error reports, suggestions, and reports may include images selected by the user. Members should ensure attached images do not contain personal or sensitive information.
- The Service may review reports and manage them as in progress or completed, but does not guarantee individual replies or implementation for every report.
- Operations tools are used only within the scope necessary for service operations such as customer support, payment inquiry handling, refund confirmation, incident response, abnormal use investigation, item grant/recovery, and mail management.
- Operators may use operational reference information, such as internal grades based on cumulative payment amounts, when handling payment inquiries, reports, and feedback. This does not create separate paid benefits or refund rights.
- Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in inquiries, reports, or feedback.
16. Account Withdrawal
- Members may withdraw through the account withdrawal feature in the app settings or profile.
- When withdrawal is submitted, the member is logged out immediately and cannot access the Service with that account.
- Within 7 days after the first withdrawal, the account may be restored once. Email accounts are restored through password and email verification code, and social accounts through the same social login authentication.
- The same email or social account is guided to restoration instead of new registration during the 7-day recovery period and may be registered again after the period ends and the account data is deleted.
- When the 7-day recovery period ends, data directly linked to the account, including login information, social sign-in connections, email verification information, profile images, and game data, is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Payment/refund, report, sanction, operation log, and dispute response records are stored separately for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy with member identifiers minimized.
- An identity-verified privacy deletion request may be processed as immediate permanent deletion without the 7-day recovery period.
- After withdrawal, restoration of game data, items, crystals, rewards, rankings, mail, and paid product receipt status may be limited.
- If there is unreceived paid product mail, an ongoing refund request, or an unresolved payment inquiry before withdrawal, members may check through the contact channel because the processing result may be affected.
17. Suspension and Termination of the Service
- The Service may temporarily suspend part or all of the Service when necessary for operational or technical reasons.
- If the Service is terminated, the Service will provide prior notice where possible. However, notice may be provided afterward for urgent reasons such as force majeure, security incidents, or legal restrictions.
- When the Service is terminated, game data, paid products, items, crystals, and currency may lose their purpose of use within the Service. In such case, refund or compensation procedures will be provided within the scope required by applicable laws.
18. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, disasters, communication failures, cloud/store/push/external service incidents, or reasons attributable to users.
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of content posted or transmitted by members.
- Disputes between members or between a member and a third party are generally resolved by the parties, and the Service may take operational measures within the necessary scope.
- The Service's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Liability arising from the Service's intent or gross negligence follows applicable laws.
- Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as unfairly limiting or excluding members' rights guaranteed under consumer protection laws.
19. Privacy Protection
The Service processes personal information according to applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act. Details on personal information processing are set out in the separate Privacy Policy.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- If a dispute arises in connection with use of the Service, the Operator and member will consult in good faith for an amicable resolution.
- Disputes that cannot be resolved by consultation will follow the court or procedure with jurisdiction under applicable laws.
